I’ve been liking universal control. A single mouse and keyboard to control multiple Macs. It’s lovely and works quite well most of the time. The biggest downside has been changing my usage habits.

I’m a right side dock person (small, an auto-hide). I’ve had to move my docks to the bottom to better facilitate moving left and right between monitors.

In addition, I don’t know anyone else who uses hot corners, but they’re freaking amazing (top corner to open mission control, bottom corner to open desktop). Previously I set the right edges for this (everything on the right, dock and hot corners) but it conflicts with mission control. So I’ve had to remind myself that when the Macs are connected the left Mac needs left hot corners, and the right Mac needs right hot corners.

Weird to change long ago habits, but mission control is to nice of a thing to give up.
